Excelerate HER Terms and Conditions
Thank you for joining Excelerate HER, a membership for women in business with a mission of supporting and connecting other women in business. By subscribing to Excelerate HER, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Details: - Excelerate HER offers a recurring monthly membership at a cost of $59 per month, or a recurring annual membership of $598 per year. - Membership includes access to: - Exclusive courses, trainings, and events designed to help you connect with other women in business. - An online community where you can connect with like-minded women, share experiences, and support each other on your business journey. - Participation in our affiliate program, allowing you to earn commissions by referring others to Excelerate HER.
2. Payment and Billing: - Payment of $59 will be charged monthly to the payment method provided upon subscription for those who chose the “Monthly” plan, OR payment of $598 will be charged annually to the payment method provided upon subscription for those who chose the “Annual” plan. - Your membership will automatically renew unless cancelled by you. You authorize Excelerate HER to charge your payment method for the recurring membership fee. - All fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy: - You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via email at [email protected]. Enter “Cancel” in the subject line. Be sure to include your full name along with the email address you used for this account. - Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Excelerate HER until the end of your current billing cycle. All rules of conduct still apply after your cancellation. If you are found to break these rules, your account will be terminated immediately without refund. - Please note that if you cancel your membership, you will lose access to our affiliate program as well as all future payouts associated with your affiliate account.
4. Access and Use of Materials: - All content provided through Excelerate HER, including courses and community resources, are the property of Excelerate HER and are intended solely for personal use. - You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any content from Excelerate HER.
